Safe prescription of systemic antineoplastic treatment in oncology: integrative literature review

چکیده

The objective of this study was to identify the available evidence on parameters that should be considered improve quality and safety prescription systemic antineoplastic treatment. This is an integrative review carried out in EMBASE, LILACS, PubMed databases, from 2015 2019. methodological included studies assessed by tools Joanna Briggs Institute. Eight were included, which 5 addressed adverse events related treatment, including 4,970 patients treated with immunotherapy, target therapy, chemotherapy. One prescribing agents 2 pharmacovigilance risk management assessing treatment- effects. Chemotherapy, immunotherapy have different toxicity profiles. suggests assessment treatment as well
